CAVCO, Inc. is a distributor of industrial pipe, valves and fittings to clients throughout the Southeastern USA. We are looking for a professional, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support both our clients and Outside Sales Representatives. We have extensive industry experience, strong vendor and customer relationships, and a focus on customer service and cost competitiveness.

The Inside Sales Representative would be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, consulting with clients to qualify their requirements, sourcing appropriate material at the most economic cost, and providing ongoing relationship management to existing clients. Active participation is required in supporting the establishment of new accounts, obtaining orders, providing ongoing customer service throughout the sourcing and delivery process, resolving customer issues, working with management on internal reporting, recommending changes in products, service and policy, and contributing to creating an overall positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent client management and communication skills, technological knowledge of the pipe, valves and fittings, and excellent work habits. The position is based in Lake Charles (LA), requires computer literacy (email, Excel, Word, etc.), strong technical aptitude (CAD drawings, material take-offs, etc.), and very occasionally provide assistance in deliveries to clients. In order to succeed, potential candidates need to be self-motivated, have interest in the pipe, valves and fittings industry to continue learning, and able to develop and maintain relationships across a diversity of clients. This job offers a salary, sales-based incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, and 401(k) plan after qualifying period.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
